The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met in
regular session on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at 6:55 p.m. in the council chambers of the Centennial
Building.
Members present: Chair Mark Wegscheid, Jennifer Peterson, Jeff Bergquist, and Kelli Gillispie
Members absent: Ray Salazar
Others present: City Manager and Director of Public Works Eric Hoversten, Administrative Assistant
Mary Mackres, Director of Community Development Sarah Smith, and Field Officer Stewart Simon
Public Present: Beatrice Amidon, Brendan Dreyer, and Cody Rolighed
1. Open meeting
Chair Mark Wegscheid called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Gillispie, seconded by Bergquist, to approve the agenda.
All voted in favor. Motion carried.
3. Approve minutes
MOTION by Peterson, seconded by Bergquist, to approve the minutes of the Jan 10, 2017
regular meeting. Wegscheid, Peterson, and Bergquist voted in favor, Gillispie abstained.
Motion carried.
4. Approve claims
MOTION by Gillispie, seconded by Bergquist, to approve the claims in the amount of $2,481.87.
All voted in favor. Motion carried.
5. Adjourn
MOTION by Gillispie, seconded by Peterson, to adjourn at 6:56 p.m. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
