The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met in
regular session on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 6:55 p.m. in the council chambers of the Centennial
Building.
Members present: Chair Mark Wegscheid, Commissioners Ray Salazar, Jeff Bergquist, and Kelli
Gillispie
Members absent: Commissioners Jennifer Peterson
Others present: City Manager and Director of Public Works Eric Hoversten, Director of Community
Development Sarah Smith, Administrative Assistant Mary Mackres, Consultant Planner Rita Trapp, and
Field Officer Stewart Simon,
Public Present: Christine Valerius, Kevin Peterson, and Jason Biddle
1. Open meeting
Chair Mark Wegscheid called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Bergquist, to approve the agenda.
All voted in favor. Motion carried.
3. Approve minutes
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gillispie, to approve the minutes of the March 28, 2017
regular meeting, Salazar, Gillispie, and Wegscheid voted in favor, Bergquist abstained. Motion
carried.
4. Adiourn
MOTION by Gillispie, seconded by Salazar, to adjourn at 6:56 p.m. All voted in favor.
