NOVEMBER 26, 2013
The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met
in regular session on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at 6:55 p.m. in the council chambers of the
Centennial Building.
Members present: Chair Mark Hanus; Commissioners Ray Salazar, Kelli Gillispie, Heidi Gesch
and Mark Wegscheid
Others present: City Manager Kandis Hanson, Finance Dir/Clerk/Treasurer Catherine Pausche.
1. Open meeting
Chair Mark Hanus called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch, to approve the agenda. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
3. Approve minutes
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Gesch, to approve the minutes of the November 12, 2013
regular meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
4 Approve claims
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Wegscheid to approve the claims in the amount of
$3,730.24. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
5. Adiourn
MOTION by Salazar, seconded by Wegscheid to adjourn at 6:56 p.m. All voted in favor. Motion
carried.
